Apply to join the network

Submit your application. We review your track record, domain expertise, fill rate, and candidate quality. Not everyone gets in - and that's what makes it worth being part of.

Browse and apply to roles

Once approved, you have access to all open roles on the platform. Filter by sector, location, seniority, and fee. Apply to the roles you know you can fill.

Get approved by the company

The company reviews your profile and approves who gets access to their role. Typically 3–7 recruiters compete per role. If approved, you get the full brief and start sourcing immediately.

Submit, place, get paid

Submit candidates directly in the platform - scored, structured, and ready for the client to review. When your candidate gets hired, you get paid in three equal installments, due 30, 60, 90 days after the candidate's first day of employment. Straightforward.

When do I get paid?

You're paid your success fee once the placement is confirmed, under the terms shown on the role before you applied.

What happens if my candidate doesn't work out within 90 days?

If a hire doesn't work out within the first 90 days, the employer is covered by our 90-day replacement guarantee. You'll be asked to help source a replacement candidate for the same role, and there's no deduction from your earned fee and no additional placement fee for the replacement. How the guarantee works

Can I work with companies outside my home country?

Yes. Approved recruiters can apply to roles across every market RoleHawk operates in, so you can grow your business beyond your local network.

What if my application isn't approved?

We'll provide feedback on your application. If you're not approved initially, you're welcome to reapply as your experience, track record, or relevant expertise grows.

Is there a minimum experience requirement?

We look for recruiters with proven placement experience and a clear area of specialization. While there's no strict minimum number of years, we typically prioritize recruiters with an established track record in a specific domain or market.
